Husqvarna Group Appoints Maria Rönnberg as New EVP People & Organization, Successor to Leigh Dagberg

(IN BRIEF) Husqvarna Group announces the departure of Leigh Dagberg, Executive Vice President of People & Organization, and the appointment of Maria Rönnberg as her successor, effective August 1, 2025. Maria, who joined the company in 2022 as Senior Vice President of People & Organization in the Husqvarna Forest & Garden Division, will continue the company’s efforts to strengthen its capabilities and culture. CEO Pavel Hajman praised Leigh’s contributions over the past 12 years and welcomed Maria’s experience to the leadership team.

(PRESS RELEASE) STOCKHOLM, 16-May-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Husqvarna Group announces that Leigh Dagberg, Executive Vice President of People & Organization, will be departing the Group. Maria Rönnberg, currently Senior Vice President of People & Organization in the Husqvarna Forest & Garden Division, will succeed her, effective August 1, 2025.

Leigh Dagberg joined Husqvarna Group in 2012, and Maria Rönnberg became part of the Group in 2022. Maria will join the Group Management team and report directly to the CEO.
