University of Kent with three subjects in the top 100 of QS World University Rankings by Subject: Psychology; Social Policy & Administration; and Theology

KENT, 12-Mar-2018 — /EuropaWire/ — The University’s latest entry (Biological Sciences) to the annual QS World University Rankings by Subject has increased its total number of ranked subjects from 16 to 17 of the 48 areas covered.

Kent has three subjects in the top 100: Psychology; Social Policy & Administration; and Theology.

Its top 200 subjects are: Archaeology; English Language & Literature; Law; Politics & International Studies; Sociology; Geography; History; and Philosophy.

Kent is also ranked in two out of the five broad subject areas: Arts & Humanities (ranked =186th out of 499); and Social Sciences and Management (ranked =264th out of 504).

The QS World University Rankings by Subject are compiled annually to help prospective students identify the leading universities in a particular subject. Research citations, along with the results of major global surveys of employers and academicsare used to rank institutions.
