The project, valued at approximately SEK 1.3 billion, will be included in Skanska’s US order bookings for the fourth quarter of 2024.

Modernizing a Landmark

The renovation will encompass a comprehensive overhaul of the Legislative Plaza, which was originally constructed in 1975.

The project includes:
