Over the five-year period, the global energy technology company recorded significant progress across environmental, social and governance priorities, demonstrating measurable results that support the transition toward a more sustainable and inclusive global economy for customers, partners and communities.

By the end of the fourth quarter of 2025, the Schneider Sustainability Impact program achieved an overall score of 8.86 out of 10, reflecting the breadth of sustainability initiatives implemented throughout the organization and across its value chain. The results highlight how the company has converted long-term sustainability commitments into tangible outcomes at both global and local levels while integrating sustainability into its core business operations.

Olivier Blum, Chief Executive Officer of Schneider Electric, emphasized that the SSI 2021–2025 program represents a major milestone in the company’s long-standing sustainability journey. Sustainability has been a central part of Schneider Electric’s strategy for more than two decades, guiding innovation and partnerships that have enabled consistent progress across key performance indicators. The achievements demonstrate that sustainability continues to play a central role in driving business performance while delivering positive environmental and social impact.

A major focus of Schneider Electric’s sustainability strategy has been supporting customers in lowering their carbon footprint through energy-efficient technologies and solutions. By the end of 2025, Schneider Electric’s offerings had enabled customers to save and avoid 862 million tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions, exceeding the original target of 800 million tonnes.

The company has also advanced decarbonization within its supply chain through its Zero Carbon Project, which engages the company’s top 1,000 suppliers. By the end of 2025, more than 61 million people had benefited from the initiative, exceeding the original target of 50 million.

The company has also maintained a strong focus on education and skills development to support long-term social inclusion and the energy transition. Local engagement has remained a key component of the Schneider Sustainability Impact program.
