With two decades of experience in the healthcare sector, Gazeres joins from CBRE, where he served as a director, offering transactional and strategic consultancy services to operators and investors in the healthcare space.

Gazeres brings a wealth of expertise in managing the disposal of operational healthcare businesses, including care homes, specialist care facilities, and supported living sectors. His extensive background also covers development projects and net lease transactions. The Savills Healthcare and Senior Living team, comprising 14 dedicated sector specialists, provides a range of services including transaction advisory, equity and debt financing, development, consultancy, valuation, and research.
