Ramboll Selects Deloitte Denmark CEO Christian Jensby as New Group Chief Executive

Jensby joins from Deloitte Denmark, where he led a major transformation and delivered sustained financial growth over more than a decade in senior leadership roles. As CEO, he will lead Ramboll’s global organisation of 18,000 specialists operating across 35 countries, with a continued focus on sustainability, strategic growth, and long-term impact across the built environment and consulting sectors.

(PRESS RELEASE) COPENHAGEN, 7-Jan-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — The Board of Directors of Ramboll has appointed Christian Jensby as Group Chief Executive Officer, marking a leadership transition for the global architecture, engineering, and consultancy firm. Jensby is expected to assume the role no later than 1 May 2026.

Christian Jensby joins Ramboll from Deloitte Denmark, where he has served as CEO and Managing Partner since 2011, including the last three years as CEO. During his tenure, he led a broad transformation of the firm and, together with his leadership team, delivered sustained growth in both revenue and profitability. Earlier in his career at Deloitte, Jensby held senior leadership roles including head of the CFO Services practice and Clients & Industries leader, where he acted as Chief Commercial Officer. He has also advised executive teams at international companies across a wide range of industries.

Claus V. Hemmingsen, Chair of Ramboll’s Group Board of Directors, said the appointment reflects Jensby’s strong leadership track record and strategic capabilities. He noted that Jensby brings more than a decade of experience leading complex consulting organisations and that the Board is confident in his ability to execute Ramboll’s strategy and guide the company through its next phase of sustainable growth while building on its strong organisational culture.
