NLB Lease&Go and Summit Leasing Unite to Create Regional Leasing Powerhouse

(IN BRIEF) NLB Group has merged NLB Lease&Go into Summit Leasing Slovenija, completing regulatory steps and preparing for operational integration this weekend. The unified entity, branded NLB Lease&Go from July 7, will leverage combined expertise to become a leading leasing provider, aiming for €3 billion in assets by 2030. Mobil Leasing d.o.o. will continue independently in Croatia. Since 2020, NLB’s leasing arm has expanded into North Macedonia, Serbia, and Croatia, and in early 2025 added the doberavto.si vehicle sales platform under NLB Car&Go d.o.o., cementing its role across four markets.

(PRESS RELEASE) LJUBLJANA, 4-Jul-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — On July 4, 2025, NLB Group achieved a significant milestone in its leasing expansion strategy by completing the merger of NLB Lease&Go into Summit Leasing Slovenija, following receipt of all regulatory approvals and entry in the Company Register. The final step—integrating operations—is slated for this weekend, with both teams having run successful dress rehearsals to guarantee continuity. Throughout the process, customer service, employee support, and dealer relationships remain top priorities.

Leasing has evolved into a cornerstone of NLB’s comprehensive financial ecosystem, and the combined expertise of these two entities positions NLB Lease&Go for market leadership. “By uniting our capabilities and leveraging operational synergies, we will deliver unparalleled solutions and drive our leasing portfolio toward a target of €3 billion in assets by 2030,” said Blaž Brodnjak, CEO of NLB Group.

Effective July 7, the merged company will continue under the NLB Lease&Go brand. Meanwhile, Mobil Leasing d.o.o.—Summit Leasing Slovenia’s Croatian arm—will remain a standalone subsidiary in Croatia.

NLB’s leasing footprint has grown steadily since the 2020 launch of NLB Lease&Go. In 2022, the Group entered North Macedonia and Serbia, then accelerated its regional presence by acquiring SLS HOLDCO, the parent of Summit Leasing Slovenia and its Croatian branch. In October 2024, NLB Car&Go d.o.o. was founded and, by February 2025, had acquired the online vehicle marketplace doberavto.si from AMZS, further strengthening the Group’s mobility services. As of September 11, 2024, NLB Lease&Go also resumed operations in Croatia after a 30-year hiatus, offering leasing solutions across four countries: Slovenia, Serbia, North Macedonia, and Croatia.
