Logicor Appoints Eva Sterner to Lead Expansion of Its Swedish Logistics Portfolio

(IN BRIEF) Logicor has appointed Eva Sterner as Senior Director and Head of Sweden, tasking her with leading the company’s Swedish operations and driving future growth in a market facing a shortage of modern logistics real estate. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Eva will oversee an existing portfolio of 180,000 square metres and a development pipeline of 146,000 square metres, while advancing development, leasing and acquisition activity. Her appointment comes as Logicor accelerates development across Sweden, including major projects in Gothenburg and Stockholm South, and continues to position sustainability and strategic location at the core of its growth strategy.

(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, 13-Jan-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Logicor has strengthened its leadership team in the Nordics with the appointment of Eva Sterner as Senior Director and Head of Sweden. In her new role, Eva will be responsible for leading the company’s Swedish operations, guiding both the local team and the strategic direction of the business as Logicor continues to expand its footprint in the country.

Based in Stockholm, Eva will oversee Logicor’s Swedish logistics portfolio, which currently comprises approximately 180,000 square metres of operational space, alongside a further 146,000 square metres in the development pipeline. The appointment reflects Logicor’s long-term commitment to the Swedish market, where demand for modern, well-located logistics assets continues to outpace supply.

Eva brings more than two decades of experience in the real estate sector, with a strong focus on logistics and development. Prior to joining Logicor, she served as Head of Development at Logicenters, the logistics platform of NREP. According to the company’s press release, her background positions her to lead development, acquisitions and leasing activity across Sweden, working closely with the local team to deliver sustainable, high-quality assets.

Logicor’s development programme in Sweden is progressing at pace. Logicor Park Gothenburg was completed earlier this year, while Logicor Stockholm South is currently under construction and has reached a key stage with the steel structure in place. The Stockholm South development is targeting a BREEAM Excellent environmental certification and benefits from proximity to major motorway connections. The site is expected to be available for leasing in the third quarter of 2026. In addition, Logicor continues to assess further development opportunities in locations including Rosersberg and Staffanstorp.

Commenting on the appointment, Ronald van der Waals, Managing Director and Head of Nordics, CEE and NE at Logicor, said the company is at an important stage of growth in Sweden. He noted that Eva’s leadership will be central to advancing the development and leasing of strategically located, highly sustainable logistics facilities, while also identifying acquisition opportunities aligned with Logicor’s long-term growth strategy.

Eva Sterner said she was pleased to join Logicor and its Swedish team, highlighting her enthusiasm for contributing to the company’s expansion in the market. She added that she looks forward to applying her experience in developing modern, sustainable logistics facilities that meet rising demand for high-performance industrial space across Sweden.
