(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, 10-Feb-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Logicor has completed the acquisition of a 28,000 square metre freehold logistics facility in Budaörs, approximately 12 kilometres west of Budapest city centre, further strengthening its presence in one of Hungary’s most strategic distribution corridors. The asset, now branded Logicor Alligator, adds to the company’s existing holdings in the area and contributes to the formation of a consolidated logistics hub of nearly 100,000 square metres.

The property is located within the M0 Budapest ring road and sits directly adjacent to three existing Logicor-managed parks — Camel, Shark, and Pharma — enabling operational synergies and greater efficiency across the combined portfolio. The acquisition enhances Logicor’s footprint in a key logistics location that serves both domestic and international supply chains.

Logicor Alligator benefits from excellent transport connections, including close access to the M1 motorway leading toward Western Europe, the M7 motorway toward the Croatian border, and the M0 ring road encircling Budapest. These links make the site well suited for distribution, warehousing, and last-mile logistics operations. In addition, the property is well served by public transport, with nearby access to Budaörs railway station, supporting workforce accessibility.

Approximately 80 percent of the facility — around 22,000 square metres — is currently leased to a global logistics provider specializing in freight forwarding, contract logistics, supply chain optimisation, ground transportation, and project logistics. This high level of occupancy underlines the strong demand for modern logistics space in the Budapest metropolitan area.

Domonkos Joó, Senior Director and Head of Hungary & Austria at Logicor, emphasized that the acquisition reinforces the company’s long-term strategy of investing in prime logistics locations along major transport corridors. He noted that the consolidation of four neighbouring parks into a single cluster enhances operational scale and attractiveness for existing and future tenants.

Across Hungary, Logicor now manages approximately 172,000 square metres of logistics real estate across eight parks, predominantly located along Budapest’s main transport routes. These facilities are designed to support flexible, efficient, and well-connected distribution operations for both national and regional markets.
