Inflexion’s sale of SMD awarded Deal of the Decade in the North East Dealmakers Awards 2016

LONDON, 14-Sep-2016 — /EuropaWire/ — Inflexion is pleased to announce that our exit of SMD has been awarded Deal of the Decade in the North East Dealmakers Awards 2016. Founded in 1971, SMD is one of the world’s leading designer and manufacturers of a wide range of subsea vehicle systems. In April 2015, Inflexion sold SMD to Zhuzhou CSR Times Electric Company Limited, a Chinese transport corporation listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
