Launching across TV, digital, print, social media, out-of-home, and retail channels from January 22, 2026, the initiative also introduces a new network identifier displayed on smartphones, reinforcing Telekom’s commitment to transparency, reliability, and future-ready connectivity.

(PRESS RELEASE) BONN, 22-Jan-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Deutsche Telekom has launched a new 360-degree advertising campaign showcasing the strength and reliability of its high-performance fixed and mobile networks, positioning connectivity as a constant and trusted companion in people’s everyday lives. Under the slogan “Besser im besten Netz” (Better on the Best Network), the campaign underlines the role of sustainable network expansion as a foundation for innovation, economic growth, and social exchange across Germany.

As a central player in the country’s digital infrastructure, Deutsche Telekom highlights how its networks connect people, businesses, and institutions in a secure, efficient, and future-ready way. The campaign emphasises that networks are no longer purely technical systems, but vital bridges that enable personal relationships, education, work, healthcare, and emergency services. Through emotionally driven storytelling, Telekom illustrates the diversity and value of digital connections that shape modern life.

The campaign’s visual and cinematic elements are supported by a newly produced reinterpretation of the global hit “What The World Needs Now Is Love,” reinforcing Telekom’s brand promise of “Connecting Your World.” The music serves as a call for optimism, hope, and connection, reflecting the campaign’s message at a time when stability and trust are increasingly important. As part of the initiative, Telekom will also make the song available as a smartphone ringback tone, extending the campaign’s presence into everyday digital interactions.

A notable innovation accompanying the campaign is the introduction of the Telekom network identifier “Im besten Netz” (On the Best Network) on smartphone displays. For the first time, users will see the identifier directly on their devices, offering a visible symbol of network quality, reliability, and performance. This feature reinforces Telekom’s commitment to transparency and its positioning as a provider of dependable connectivity.

The campaign will roll out across television and online channels from January 22, 2026, supported by print, social media, out-of-home advertising, and in-store communication within Telekom shops. The campaign concept and creative execution were developed by Ogilvy Germany in collaboration with Ingo Stockholm, with production handled by Lipstick Postproduction in Berlin and direction by Sebastian Strasser. Media planning and activation are being supported by partners including Mindshare, emetriq, and 480 Hz, ensuring a comprehensive and integrated campaign presence.
