CNH Appoints New Chief Manufacturing and Chief Legal Officers to Strengthen Global Leadership

(IN BRIEF) CNH has announced two senior leadership appointments effective January 1, 2026, naming Carlo Materazzo as Chief Manufacturing Officer and Britton Worthen as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. Materazzo will lead global agriculture industrial operations across multiple regions, bringing more than 20 years of international manufacturing and operations experience. Worthen will oversee legal strategy, compliance, and governance and will serve as Board Secretary to the CNH Board of Directors. The appointments reflect CNH’s continued focus on operational excellence, innovation, and strong corporate governance, while also marking leadership transitions following the retirement of Roberto Russo and the departure of Carlos Santiago.

The leadership changes underscore CNH’s focus on operational strength, innovation, and robust governance as it continues its global transformation.

In his new role, Mr. Materazzo will oversee CNH’s global agriculture industrial operations spanning five regions and 15 countries. He brings more than two decades of international experience across manufacturing, operations, and logistics, positioning him to further enhance efficiency, performance, and scalability across CNH’s worldwide manufacturing footprint.

Mr. Worthen joins CNH with extensive expertise in legal strategy, compliance, and corporate governance. As Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, he will advise the Company’s governing bodies on key legal matters and risk management issues. In addition to leading the legal and compliance function, he will also serve as Board Secretary to the CNH Board of Directors, supporting strong governance practices at the highest level of the organization.
