This September, 286 new trainees and dual-study students have joined Bechtle, setting a record with a total of 873 young professionals now undergoing training across 13 technical and commercial career paths and 11 dual-study programs.

Significant Increase in Trainee Numbers

Bechtle’s commitment to workforce development is reflected in its substantial increase in trainee numbers. With this year’s new additions, the company has expanded its training roster to 873 individuals, surpassing previous records. This expansion includes 451 trainees in technical fields and 287 in commercial disciplines. Additionally, 84 dual-study students are focusing on economic programs, while 51 are engaged in technical courses.

The demand for technical skills continues to drive Bechtle’s vocational training program, with a strong emphasis on technical and IT specializations. However, business-oriented roles remain popular among university students.
