Barco NV Completes Share Buyback Program with 24.55% of Shares Repurchased

(IN BRIEF) Barco NV has disclosed details of its share buyback program, which started on December 19, 2023. Between December 27 and December 29, 2023, the company repurchased a total of 58,000 shares at an average price of €16.4721 per share, amounting to €967,406.15. Since the initiation of the program, Barco NV has repurchased 491,000 shares for a total of €8,087,801, which represents 24.55% of the program’s completion. Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 18th December 2023, the company reports today that during the period from 27 December 2023 till 29 December 2023 the following transactions took place.

Block transactions

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 19th December 2023, Barco NV has bought back 491,000 shares for a total amount of 8,087,801 euros. This corresponds to 24.55% of the program completed.
