The Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA elected Israeli entrepreneur and investor Gigi Levy-Weiss as new member of its Supervisory Board

Gütersloh, Germany, 7-5-2015 — /EuropaWire/ — The Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA Annual General Meeting today elected the Israeli entrepreneur and investor Gigi Levy-Weiss (44) as a new member of the company’s Supervisory Board. Gigi Levy-Weiss is an angel investor in numerous Internet and technology startups and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in the U.S. Hartmut Ostrowski, former CEO of Bertelsmann, and Lars Rebien Sørensen, President and CEO of Novo Nordisk, are stepping down from the Board as planned.
