Henkel presents webinar about “Ways to improve Food Safety” on May 23

On its knowledge platform “Food Safe Packaging Portal”, Henkel presents a new webinar about “Ways to improve Food Safety” on May 23, at 10:00 AM (CEST). In her webinar, Henkel expert Dr. Monika Tönnießen will talk about ways to enhance food safety by influencing the migration.

There are several factors that may influence migration, e.g. the amount of adhesive applied, the structure of the package, the type of filled good, the storage time and many more. By being aware of these factors, the entire food industry can easily contribute to lower migration risks at each stage of the production. In her interactive webinar, Dr. Monika Tönnießen will also talk about the use of barriers.
