Verbundnetz Gas Aktiengesellschaft (VNG) extends the appointment of Dr. Karsten Heuchert as Chairman of the Executive Board of VNG until August 31, 2019

Leipzig, 13-11-2014 — /EuropaWire/ — At its meeting held today, the Supervisory Board of VNG – Verbundnetz Gas Aktiengesellschaft (VNG), Leipzig, unanimously resolved to extend the appointment of Dr. Karsten Heuchert (60) as Chairman of the Executive Board of VNG – Verbundnetz Gas Aktiengesellschaft until August 31, 2019. Dr. Heuchert has been a Member and Chairman of the Executive Board of VNG since September 1, 2010.

The Executive Board of VNG therefore remains unchanged, with the following members: Dr. Karsten Heuchert, Chairman, Prof. Dr. Klaus-Dieter Barbknecht, Board Member for Trading, Hans-Joachim Polk, Board Member for Infrastructure/Technical Affairs, and Bodo Rodestock, Board Member for Commercial Affairs and Human Resources.
