UK P&I Club Opens Newcastle Office to Tap Northeast Maritime Talent

The initial team includes Senior Underwriting Director Emma Liddell and Senior Claims Executives Julie Pichler and Andrew North. The Club is now recruiting another senior claims executive, with applications accepted from London and Newcastle. According to COO Lisa Gibbard, the expansion will deepen the Club’s engagement with the Northeast’s maritime sector, complement existing operations in London, and strengthen its ability to attract top-tier professionals.
