This collaboration leverages Siemens’ advanced technology portfolio to help scale up TURN2X’s production capacity and optimize operational efficiency, marking a significant step in meeting the growing demand for renewable energy alternatives.

TURN2X’s innovative approach combines green hydrogen with CO₂ captured from bioethanol plants to create a renewable substitute for conventional natural gas. As the preferred supplier and technology partner, Siemens will provide a comprehensive suite of solutions from its Siemens Xcelerator portfolio to enhance TURN2X’s operations across three critical technological areas. The first focus is process optimization, using advanced automation systems and instrumentation tailored to TURN2X’s unique green methane production process. The second area of emphasis is operational excellence, achieved through the use of digital twin technology and energy management solutions that enable sophisticated, remote plant operation with maximum efficiency. The third key area is future-readiness, facilitated by enhanced cybersecurity and standardized solution development, enabling faster deployment of new production facilities.
