Savills named Times Graduate Employer of Choice for Property for 19th year running

(IN BRIEF) Savills has been named The Times Graduate Employer of Choice for Property for the 19th year in a row, maintaining a record it has held since the award’s creation in 2007. Based on interviews with more than 15,000 final-year students at UK universities, the award highlights Savills’ consistent reputation as a top destination for graduate careers. The firm also rose to 90th place in the Times Top 100 Employers list, remaining the only real estate company to be included. CEO James Sparrow and Future Talent Head Naomi Chandler credited the recognition to Savills’ ongoing commitment to developing and supporting young professionals through industry-leading graduate programmes.

(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, 2-Sep-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Savills has once again been named The Times Graduate Employer of Choice for Property, securing the accolade for the 19th consecutive year since the category was first introduced in 2007. The recognition is based on interviews with more than 15,105 final-year students from the UK’s leading universities, reaffirming Savills’ enduring appeal among graduates.

In addition to retaining the top spot in the property category, Savills has also climbed seven places in the broader Times Top 100 Employers ranking, achieving 90th position. Notably, it continues to be the only real estate company featured in the prestigious list.

Naomi Chandler, Head of the Future Talent Team, added: “We are incredibly proud to have taken home this accolade once again, especially as it is decided by students applying for the scheme. At Savills, it remains our number one priority to nurture and retain talent to ensure that our graduates get the very best start to their career, and keeping this award for another year is a real endorsement of this.”
