The transaction was finalized on November 29, 2024. PAM Building specializes in manufacturing sanitary and rainwater drainage solutions for buildings and operates production facilities in Bayard, France, and Telford, United Kingdom. The company employs 400 staff members and achieved revenues of approximately €110 million in 2023.
