For the first time in Greece, consumers can take full control of their energy budget by choosing a fixed monthly payment for their electricity bills for an entire year. This new approach provides consumers with complete predictability, ensuring they know exactly what they will pay each month without any surprises.

This milestone follows Protergia’s major rebranding and strategic shift just one year ago, which focused on two core principles: customer-centricity and innovation. Protergia Picasso is a direct result of this transformation, offering a fresh energy experience while maintaining the reliability and trust that Protergia is known for.

What is Protergia Picasso?

Protergia Picasso is a pioneering electricity product that offers residential and small business customers (up to 25kVA) the ability to select a tailored plan based on their expected annual energy consumption. There are nine options for residential customers and nine for small business customers, allowing them to choose the plan that best suits their needs.

How It Works:

Customers can select the plan that best aligns with their consumption profile. The monthly payments are fixed and transparent, with no unexpected charges. The fixed amount covers all electricity-related costs, excluding third-party fees such as municipal taxes or public broadcasting fees, which vary by region.

At the end of the 12-month period, a settlement will take place:

  • If the customer consumed less than expected, they will receive a credit for the difference.
  • If the customer consumed more, the excess will be prorated, with flexible payment options available for settlement.

The concept ensures that, regardless of consumption levels, customers are always in control of their energy expenses.
