Kjelsberg, who has been with the bank since March 2006, has been a key figure in the institution, significantly contributing to its growth and stability.

During her tenure, Kjelsberg was pivotal in modernizing NIB’s risk and compliance functions, leaving behind a legacy of excellence and innovation.
