New Era at Stellantis: Antonio Filosa Appoints Leadership Team Focused on Regional Expertise and Brand Momentum

(IN BRIEF) Antonio Filosa has stepped into the role of CEO at Stellantis N.V., immediately appointing a revamped global Leadership Team that places regional product decisions at the center of its strategy. The restructured team includes familiar faces—like Doug Ostermann as CFO with added M&A responsibilities and Jean-Philippe Imparato overseeing European Brands plus Maserati—and new appointments such as Davide Mele for Product Planning and Scott Thiele heading Supply Chain. Filosa retains oversight of North America and the American Brands. Four specialized executives (Design, Marketing, Parts & Services & Circular Economy, and General Counsel) will also report directly to him, supported by strategic advisor Richard Palmer. Drawing from talent across its global operations, Filosa emphasizes a structure that embeds product decision-making within regional units—leveraging local expertise and the emotional power of its brands to serve customers worldwide.
