Martin Schenk becomes Chairman of the Management Board of STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH

FRANKFURT, 21-12-2015 — /EuropaWire/ — A Supervisory Board resolution dated 17 December 2015 will result in the following changes in the Management Board of STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH (STRABAG PFS) with effect from 1 January 2016:

Martin Schenk (55) shall become Chairman of the Management Board. He shall thus succeed Dr Jörg Rosdücher, who is resigning his management post for personal reasons with effect from 31 December 2015 and is at the same time leaving the company on the best possible terms. Dr Marion Henschel (47) and Marko Bohm (42) shall be appointed to the Management Board as Deputy Chairman and Member respectively. Together with Dirk Brandt (49), they shall form the new, then four-member management team under Martin Schenk’s chairmanship from 1 January 2016.

Martin Schenk has been part of STRABAG PFS’ management team as Managing Director for Finance since 2010. Besides the chairmanship of the Management Board, Martin Schenk shall also take responsibility for international affairs, HR and IT. Dr Marion Henschel shall be responsible for Finance and Infrastructural Facility Management. Marko Bohm shall be in charge of Real Estate Management in the future with responsibility for Property Management, Corporate Solutions, and Rentals and Letting. Dirk Brandt, who has been a member of the STRABAG PFS Management Board since 2014, shall continue to manage Technical Facility Management, the division with the highest volumes and the most employees, and retain responsibility for the Group’s caretaker services.
