This marks the eighth time that the specialty chemicals company has secured a spot on CDP’s prestigious “A List,” reinforcing its strong track record in environmental transparency and climate protection.

CDP’s top grade is awarded to companies that demonstrate a robust climate strategy, set science-based targets, and implement effective climate action plans. LANXESS, which has been disclosing environmental data to CDP since 2012, received the highest recognition for its transparent reporting and forward-looking sustainability agenda.

In addition to its climate score, LANXESS was also commended for its approach to water resource management. CDP awarded the company an “A-” rating for its responsible and safe use of water, acknowledging the company’s commitment to sustainable water practices across its operations.
