Matsuyoshi, with 25 years of experience in logistics, previously led Global Logistics at adidas and served as Global Head of Operations for Kuehne+Nagel’s international Supply Chain. His predecessor, Cedric Dulong, will now focus on the Japan Development Program. Additionally, Mitsuhiro Inaba has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing Japan, and Kenzo Yamada as Director of Air Logistics Japan. Matsuyoshi succeeds Cedric Dulong, who will now focus on the company’s Japan Development Program to enhance Japan’s role in international commerce.

With 25 years of experience in the supply chain and logistics industry, Matsuyoshi brings extensive expertise to his new role. His career includes managing logistics transformation projects across Japan, the UK, Hong Kong, China, and Switzerland. Prior to joining Kuehne+Nagel, Matsuyoshi led Global Logistics at adidas for nine years. In 2022, he became Global Head of Operations for the international Supply Chain at Kuehne+Nagel’s Group headquarters in Switzerland, where he spearheaded complex order management solutions with a focus on digitization.
