(IN BRIEF) InfraVia’s real estate subsidiary OREIMA has finalized the sale of a landmark office building on Rue de Richelieu in Paris’s 2nd district to Ampega Asset Management GmbH, acting on behalf of an affiliated insurance company and advised by Savills Investment Management. The 3,500 sqm property, recently modernized and repositioned by OREIMA, is fully occupied by a global media company that manages renowned fashion, architecture, and travel brands. Upgraded to meet high sustainability standards, the asset holds HQE “Excellent” and BREEAM “Very Good” certifications. (PRESS RELEASE) PARIS, 12-Sep-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — InfraVia’s real estate arm, OREIMA, has completed the sale of a distinguished office property located on Rue de Richelieu in Paris’s 2nd district. The corner building, comprising approximately 3,500 square meters of office space, was acquired by Ampega Asset Management GmbH on behalf of an affiliated insurance company, with Savills Investment Management providing advisory support.

Under OREIMA’s direction, the building underwent a comprehensive refurbishment and repositioning, transforming it into a modern and sustainable office space while preserving its architectural character. The asset is fully leased to a globally recognized media group known for its leading brands in fashion, architecture, and travel. Following the renovation, the property achieved HQE “Excellent” and BREEAM “Very Good” certifications, reflecting its strong environmental performance.
