Global Warning System (GWS) opens sales office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to market the GWS Safeture services portfolio

GWS announces a growth initiative by establishing a local sales office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The new sales office, a partnership with Dr Marcos Musafir and partners, will sell and market the GWS Safeture services portfolio, and support new and existing customers in the region.

STOCKHOLM, 22-9-2015 — /EuropaWire/ — Safeture is a personal security service when travelling, which provides critical information about disasters and other threats, directly in your smartphone through an app that you easily download. To increase market reach for the Safeture services portfolio, GWS has identified local presence as an important step in growing in the dynamic region of South America. The new sales office is established together with a sales partner, Dr Marcos Musafir, who is financing the entire sales operation in an independent company. The agreement gives GWS right to acquire the company at a later stage, if the sales development shows progress according to plan. Morgan Widung, VP Sales at GWS, explains why this region is a focus area:

Dr Marcos Musafir, who recently held a position as State Secretary of Health of the Government of Rio de Janeiro State, has a deep understanding of the market situation:
