Reporting to CEO Omar Abbosh, Ginny will oversee Pearson’s marketing, brand, and communications efforts, succeeding Lynne Frank who is stepping down from her roles as Chief Marketing Officer and Co-President, Direct to Consumer.

As Pearson intensifies its focus on AI and enterprise learning, Ginny brings over 30 years of marketing expertise and a history of driving growth for major global technology and innovation brands such as HP, Deutsche Bank, General Motors, IBM, Intuit, Microsoft, NCR, Sun, Philips, and Xerox PARC. She will join Pearson’s executive management team with a mandate to innovate marketing strategies, integrate AI and advanced technologies into customer experiences, and expand Pearson’s market presence.

Ginny joins Pearson from Accenture, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer for North America, the company’s largest and most profitable division. During her 16-year tenure at Accenture, she played a key role in driving double-digit growth, fostering a collaborative culture, and elevating the company’s cloud, cybersecurity, and talent management practices to market-leading positions.
