(IN BRIEF) FORVIA will present an integrated portfolio of technologies for construction and mining equipment at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, marking the first joint showcase of innovations from FORVIA Faurecia and FORVIA HELLA for off-highway markets. Highlights include the world premiere of ergonomically designed seating systems for industrial vehicles, the Smart Link Concept for connected machine architecture, and new magnet-free sensor solutions that reduce reliance on rare earth materials while maintaining precision. The company will also demonstrate radar safety features and thermal management components designed for electrified machinery, underscoring its focus on efficiency, sustainability, and operator safety.

(PRESS RELEASE) LIPPSTADT, 18-Feb-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — FORVIA, the global automotive technology group объединing the capabilities of FORVIA Faurecia and FORVIA HELLA, will showcase a broad range of innovations developed for construction and mining machinery at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, taking place in Las Vegas from March 3 to 7. Visitors to Booth N12824 will, for the first time, see how the combined FORVIA portfolio addresses the evolving needs of off-highway applications through integrated solutions spanning seating, electronics, lighting, and sensing technologies.

A key highlight of the exhibition is the debut of newly engineered seating systems tailored specifically for off-highway vehicles. Drawing on more than a century of experience in seating design, FORVIA is extending its expertise into industrial machinery, focusing on operator safety, fatigue reduction, and long-term comfort in demanding environments. The move marks a strategic expansion of the company’s seating business into construction equipment and other heavy-duty platforms.

In parallel, the company will present its Smart Link Concept, a modular connectivity platform designed to integrate lighting and electronic components into a unified system architecture. By synchronizing sensors, cameras, and signaling technologies, the platform supports improved situational awareness, streamlined vehicle design, and more efficient workflows, helping operators manage complex tasks while reducing downtime.

FORVIA HELLA will also introduce advanced sensor technologies that eliminate the need for magnets and rare earth materials. Its Universal Angular Sensor, based on CIPOS contactless inductive technology, enables highly accurate position measurement while remaining resistant to magnetic interference. This approach supports sustainability goals while maintaining precision and durability across a wide range of commercial vehicle applications, including newly developed pedal sensors to be presented at the show.

Additional demonstrations will feature radar-based safety solutions that enhance monitoring around work vehicles, along with thermal management technologies such as the Media Pump MPx and the eVA Electronic Valve Actuator, both engineered to meet the requirements of electric off-highway machinery.

FORVIA will host a press conference at its booth on March 4 at 2:00 p.m. local time, where company representatives will provide further insight into these technologies and their role in shaping the next generation of industrial mobility.
