Digital X Focus Edition AI in Cologne brings together global experts and innovations to showcase the future of artificial intelligence

(IN BRIEF) Digital X will return to Cologne on September 10, 2025, in a new format as Focus Edition AI, bringing together more than 4,000 participants at the Confex Center under the theme “Ready for AI.” Hosted by Telekom Deutschland, the event will feature over 100 partners and start-ups, 30 speakers across three stages, and an Innovation Playground showcasing practical AI and digital solutions. Speakers include Scott Galloway, Prof. Dr. Maja Göpel, Tim Höttges, Keren Elazari, Oliver Kahn, and Alena Buyx. Attendees will experience AI-powered applications such as smart glasses for cooking, real-time translation, and AR-driven climate change visualizations, as well as artistic showcases blending AI, music, and light. The conference will end with a cultural highlight, “Kölsche Nacht,” featuring Cologne bands and a concert by Jan Delay and the Delaydies feat. DJ Mad. (PRESS RELEASE) BONN, 28-Aug-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Digital X returns in a new format as Focus Edition AI under the motto “Ready for AI,” showcasing artificial intelligence as a driver of digital transformation. On September 10, 2025, the Confex Center in Cologne will host decision-makers, innovators, and industry leaders for a concentrated program focused on the future of AI and digital business.

Organized by Telekom Deutschland, the event will span 10,000 square meters and welcome more than 4,000 guests, with over 100 partners and start-ups providing inspiration and exchange. The program features more than 30 renowned speakers across three stages, including economist and entrepreneur Scott Galloway, transformation expert Prof. Dr. Maja Göpel, Deutsche Telekom CEO Tim Höttges, cybersecurity expert Keren Elazari, AI consultant Kenza Ait Si Abbou, entrepreneur Oliver Kahn, AI and SME specialist Julian Yogeshwar, and medical ethics professor Alena Buyx from the Technical University of Munich.

Klaus Werner, Managing Director of Business Customers at Telekom Deutschland and host of Digital X, explained: “Artificial intelligence is more than a passing technology trend. It is accelerating progress across industries, and with Digital X we want to provide guidance on how companies can unlock its value.” He also emphasized the importance of cloud and security solutions as fundamental building blocks for AI and noted that the event will also spotlight the public sector and mission-critical communications.

Visitors will be able to experience innovations firsthand at the Innovation Playground, where AI, mixed reality, and smart solutions are demonstrated in real-world applications. Highlights include Solos AI Smart Glasses for smart cooking assistance, Cognigy’s Agentic AI showcasing natural business interactions, Even Realities Glasses providing live translation in the field of vision, and Warmland’s AR-powered visualization of climate change impacts. The Digital Art Room will combine music, AI, and light, featuring a live performance of Beethoven’s 10th Symphony completed by AI with real-time reactive visuals.

As part of the cultural program, Digital X will conclude with “Kölsche Nacht,” featuring Cologne-based bands Klüngelköpp and Druckluft, followed by an exclusive concert by Jan Delay and the Delaydies feat. DJ Mad, who will perform as part of their anniversary tour.
