The 43,700-square-foot facility is set to further cement the company’s commitment to the North American market by centralizing maintenance, service, training, and delivery operations for both new Mercedes‑Benz Tourrider motorcoaches and pre-owned vehicles. Strategically located west of Interstate 295 on Jones Branch Rd and set on an 11.9-acre site with over 100 dedicated coach parking spaces, the center will enhance customer support through a modern, premium environment.

Designed to meet the growing demands of the market, the new facility will house a 16,000-square-foot shop and maintenance center, a two-story administration building, and a specialized training and delivery center that ensures each coach undergoes a rigorous Pre-Delivery Inspection, complete with installation of key North American components such as wheelchair lifts, audio/video systems, and 110-volt/USB charging ports.
