The partnership employs a Build-Operate-Transfer approach, enabling Dai-ichi Life to build internal expertise. Capgemini will apply its global delivery capacity and regional strengths to co-develop solutions that boost operational efficiency, strengthen cybersecurity, and enhance customer engagement.
