Atos Appoints Marie de Scorbiac as Head of Investor Relations and CSR to Drive Sustainability and Financial Reporting

(IN BRIEF) Atos Group has appointed Marie de Scorbiac as Head of Investor Relations and CSR. In this capacity, she will define and implement Atos’s financial reporting strategy and manage relationships with investors and financial analysts, while also overseeing the company’s CSR strategy. With previous leadership roles at Adevinta, Areva, and Elior Group, de Scorbiac brings extensive experience to her new role. (PRESS RELEASE) PARIS, 28-Apr-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Atos Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Marie de Scorbiac as Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). In her new role, she will be responsible for shaping and executing Atos’s financial reporting strategy, while strengthening its relationships with shareholders, investors, and financial analysts. Additionally, she will oversee the development and implementation of Atos’s CSR strategy, focused on fostering a secure and decarbonized digital world and creating sustainable value for all stakeholders.

Marie de Scorbiac joins Atos with extensive experience in investor relations, public affairs, sustainability, and financial planning. Prior to joining Atos, she served as Vice President of Investor Relations, Public Affairs, Sustainability, and Group Financial Planning and Analysis at Adevinta, a global leader in online classifieds across consumer goods, mobility, real estate, and employment sectors.

Between 2011 and 2019, Marie held senior roles as Head of Investor Relations and Financial Communications at Areva and Elior Group, both listed companies based in Paris.

Marie holds a Master’s degree in Economic and Social Information from the University of Paris Dauphine and began her career as a financial analyst at Thomson and Deutsche Bank.
