(PRESS RELEASE) GRAZ, 10-Feb-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — ANDRITZ has successfully delivered and supported the start-up of a new recycled fiber line at Dong Tien-Long An Paper JSC’s board production mill in Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam, marking a significant milestone in the company’s expansion of sustainable paper manufacturing capabilities. The commissioning of this third OCC (old corrugated containers) line strengthens Dong Tien’s operational scale, enhances pulp quality, and reinforces its commitment to environmentally responsible production for both domestic and export markets.

Designed to process up to 330 tonnes per day of mixed OCC, the new line increases Dong Tien’s overall production capacity and improves the consistency and efficiency of its recycled pulp output. The investment represents a strategic step in the company’s long-term growth plan, enabling it to meet rising demand for high-quality testliner while further integrating sustainability into its core operations.

ANDRITZ supplied the complete OCC processing system, covering pulping, cleaning, screening, thickening, and a dedicated dispersing system for long fibers. The line incorporates advanced technologies such as the PrimePulping LC system, which minimizes fiber loss during pulping while ensuring effective contaminant removal. It also features the PrimeScreen X, equipped with patented rotor foils that maximize screening efficiency while reducing energy consumption, contributing to both operational performance and environmental benefits.
