The collaboration is designed to help retailers move more effectively from insight to execution by using agentic AI to automate and coordinate decision-making across pricing, inventory management, and planning.

The investment comes at a time when retailers are facing increasing operational complexity driven by volatile demand, fragmented data environments, and rising customer expectations. Agentic AI is emerging as a critical tool in this environment, enabling systems to independently analyze large volumes of data, orchestrate actions across workflows, and adapt dynamically to real-time market changes.
