The transaction marks a strategic step in strengthening Remazel’s presence in the offshore services sector, particularly in Brazil and surrounding markets.

The acquisition is part of Remazel’s broader strategy to expand its role in the offshore assistance and maintenance services market. In this context, Remazel plays an important role in strengthening Fincantieri’s industrial footprint in advanced offshore service segments.

H Tech Serviços e Manutenção Ltda. is recognized in Brazil for its offshore inspection and maintenance activities and employs more than 50 specialized technicians qualified to perform onboard service operations.
