VINCI appoints Ludovic Demierre as Vice-President of Human Resources and Executive Committee member

(IN BRIEF) VINCI has appointed Ludovic Demierre as Vice-President, Human Resources, and member of its Executive Committee, succeeding Jocelyne Vassoille. Demierre, a graduate of ENTPE, has been with VINCI since 1995 and has held several senior HR leadership roles, most recently as HR Director of VINCI Construction. His appointment reflects his long-standing career within the Group and his expertise in HR development, diversity, and organizational growth.

(PRESS RELEASE) PARIS, 29-Aug-2025 — /EuropaWire/ —  VINCI has announced the appointment of Ludovic Demierre as Vice-President, Human Resources, and as a member of the Group’s Executive Committee. He succeeds Jocelyne Vassoille, who has held the role since 2020.

An ENTPE engineering school graduate, Ludovic Demierre, aged 53, has developed the majority of his career within VINCI. He joined the Group in 1995 as a design engineer and has since taken on a range of leadership responsibilities in human resources. In 2002, he became HR Director for VINCI Construction France in the Rhône-Alpes, Auvergne, Bourgogne, and Franche-Comté regions. In 2014, he was appointed Group HR Development and Diversity Director, before taking on the role of HR Director at Eurovia in 2016. Since February 2021, he has served as HR Director of VINCI Construction.

This latest appointment places him at the core of VINCI’s strategic leadership, where he will be responsible for shaping and driving the Group’s HR strategy at global scale. His career trajectory within the organization highlights both his deep knowledge of the company and his longstanding commitment to advancing its culture of diversity, people development, and responsible growth.
