The initiative aims to consolidate these services into a unified, agile system that will cater to DEFRA’s 34,000 employees, enhancing both quality and efficiency.

Atos plans to leverage the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, and automation to drive continuous innovation and optimize the performance of DEFRA’s service desk.
