Alstom T&D India won the coveted ‘Best International Exhibitor’ award at Gridtech 2013

18-4-2013 — /europawire.eu/ — Alstom T&D India won the coveted ‘Best International Exhibitor’ award at the recently concluded Gridtech 2013. Gridtech 2013, held from 3rd to 5th April 2013 in New Delhi, is a prestigious event that brings together leading Indian and International players in the transmission and distribution industry. At the event, Alstom showcased a model on Smart Grid apart from displaying its world class products and solutions.

At Gridtech 2013, Alstom introduced P60 Agile, its new range of intelligent electronic devices (IEDs) that provide an “all-in-one” solution for the protection, control, recording and measurement of electrical power systems. This latest offering from Alstom is especially well suited for smart distribution networks and is intended for utility operators and industry. Apart from P60 Agile, other important products and solutions displayed at the booth included complete Digital Substation with Grid boxes and Process Bus Operation, Dynamic line rating and new generation P60 single management box for feeders (Micom Agile).

Gridtech 2013 witnessed the congregation of major players from power and electrical industries who participated in the event to display their products and solutions. However, Alstom’s unique and supremely innovative model on Smart Grid captivated visitors from the beginning and elicited much appreciation and praise from customers and participants alike.
