Antonio Roberto Cortes for an additional two years, ensuring his continued role within the Group’s leadership structure. Following the decision taken by the Supervisory Board on February 25, 2026, Cortes will remain responsible for Volkswagen Truck & Bus and continue serving as a member of the TRATON SE Executive Board until January 2029.
