The company has introduced the new “We are Family!” discount, which offers a 50% discount on second and subsequent mobile subscriptions within the same household. This exciting new offer builds on Swisscom’s existing Combi and Family Discounts, extending its benefits to even more families, couples, and flatmates.

Already, over 800,000 customers benefit from the Combi Discount, which offers CHF 20 per month, and over 400,000 enjoy the Family Discount, saving CHF 30 per month, when they combine Swisscom Internet and mobile services. With the addition of the “We are Family!” discount, households with multiple Swisscom Mobile subscriptions can now enjoy even greater savings. This new discount applies to the second, third, fourth, and fifth mobile subscriptions within the same household, even for customers who do not have Swisscom Internet. This means that even those with only mobile subscriptions can save up to CHF 220 per month, including the Combi Discount.

Dirk Wierzbitzki, Head of Residential Customers and Member of the Management Board at Swisscom, explained, “The ‘We are Family!’ discount is designed to provide a more attractive offer for customers with multiple mobile subscriptions in their household, whether or not they have Swisscom Internet. For example, customers adding a second mobile subscription will now pay just CHF 34.95 per month for the blue Mobile S plan, which includes unlimited calls and data within Switzerland. A typical flatshare with Internet access will pay an average of just CHF 38 per month per mobile subscription (CHF 42 without Internet).

Additionally, Swisscom is introducing a new Kids subscription at the end of February, offering unlimited calls and 8 GB of data for CHF 29.90 per month. With the 50% “We Are Family!” discount, the price will drop to just CHF 14.95 per month. A family of four with two children under 18 could therefore pay an average of just CHF 29 per mobile subscription per month (CHF 34 without Internet).
