ROSATOM Deputy Director General Nikolay Spasskiy visited the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR)

23-4-2013 — /europawire.eu/ — On the 5th of April, 2013, Deputy Director General of ROSATOM for international activities Nikolay Spasskiy paid a working visit to the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR, Dubna).

N. Spasskiy toured to the laboratories of high energy physics and nuclear reactions and held working consultations with JINR Director Victor Matveev and the institute management. A broad range of practical interaction issues, in the first place, in the context of the cooperation with the IAEA, was discussed. A possibility of the involvement of the JINR’s training and scientific center in ROSATOM’s educational programs was touched upon.
