Ocean Yield ASA transaction with Quantum Pacific Shipping now successfully closed

OSLO, 08-Jul-2016 — /EuropaWire/ — Ocean Yield ASA (“Ocean Yield” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the transaction with Quantum Pacific Shipping announced on 20th June 2016, where Ocean Yield acquired 49.5% in six mega container vessels, has now been successfully closed.

The first two vessels, the MSC Diana and the MSC Ingy have already been delivered from the shipyard and commenced their 15-year bareboat charters.
