Luxair management reached agreement with OGBL, LCGB and NGL-SNEP unions

06-8-2013 — /EuropaWire/ — Today, July 25th 2013, the 3 contracting unions, OGBL, LCGB and NGL-SNEP, have met with Luxair management in order to continue negotiations of the collective work agreement.

After four hours of negotiations, the following agreements have been found:

• The retroactive reinstatement of the CWA from 1.1.2013 until 30.9.2013
• The common repudiation of the CWA in order to start new negotiations in September 2013.
• The set-up of working groups that will identify means to improve productivity and efficiency within the various departments of LuxairGroup.

The goal of the social partners is to guarantee job security and working conditions of the personnel.

In this spirit, the social partners, aim for Luxair to financially even at the end of 2015.
