Leadership changes at Seadrill Limited

(PRESS RELEASE) HAMILTON, Bermuda, 27-Feb-2020 — /EuropaWire/ — Seadrill Limited welcomes Birgit Aagaard-Svendsen and Herman R. Flinder to its board of directors. Both will be replacing Eugene I. Davis and Scott D. Vogel who are stepping down from their current positions.

Birgit has extensive experience serving on boards and as audit committee chair of public companies. Previously served as chief financial officer in J. Lauritzen A/S shipping company for 18 years and as a member of the board of Danske Bank A/S for 16 years.

Herman brings to the board 30 years of experience in the offshore industry. He co-founded Norse Partners LLC and Energy Investment Management LLC, which manage a portfolio of investments in oil service companies. Herman is also a board member of Noram Drilling Company AS, Panther Fluids Management LLC and Wolf Downhole Motors LLC. He also served as a managing partner of Fearnley Offshore LLC in Houston.
