(PRESS RELEASE) VIENNA, 12-Jun-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Kapsch TrafficCom AG (ISIN: AT000KAPSCH9) has relinquished its controlling stake and majority voting rights in Belarus-based Kapsch Telematic Services IOOO, the operator of the country’s national tolling network. Following this transaction, Kapsch TrafficCom’s ownership falls below 50%, and Kapsch Telematic Services IOOO has been deconsolidated from the Group—meaning no further revenue will be recognised from its operations.

Despite surrendering formal control, Kapsch TrafficCom retains substantial economic interest in Kapsch Telematic Services IOOO through a purchase price structure and arrangements that secure future earnings. The parties have agreed to keep transaction specifics confidential.
