ISS Secures Facilities Management Contract with Aroundtown Across 47 German Locations

Set to begin in April 2025, the services will include cleaning, building technology, security, landscaping, and winter services, covering 715,000 m². Under this agreement, ISS will provide a range of integrated services across Aroundtown’s 47 locations in Germany.

Starting in April 2025, ISS Germany will deliver essential facilities management services, including cleaning, building technology, security, landscaping, and winter services, covering a total area of approximately 715,000 square meters. This contract marks a significant expansion for ISS, as it continues to strengthen its presence in the German market.
