Hexagon AB Appoints Renée Rädler as Chief People Officer to Strengthen Global HR Strategy and Governance

(IN BRIEF) Hexagon AB has appointed Renée Rädler as Chief People Officer, a newly created executive role effective April 2026, underscoring the company’s commitment to strengthening its organisational framework and people strategy. Rädler, who has been with Hexagon since 2017 and most recently served as Executive Vice President, Global HR in the Manufacturing Intelligence division, has led initiatives in talent development, succession planning, employer branding, and HR governance. Her prior leadership roles at dorma+kaba and SwissBenelux add international experience to the position. As part of Hexagon’s Executive Management Team, she will support the company’s evolving operating model and contribute to its continued focus on profitable growth and organisational transparency.

(PRESS RELEASE) STOCKHOLM, 16-Feb-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Hexagon AB has announced the appointment of Renée Rädler as its Chief People Officer, a newly established executive role that will take effect on 1 April 2026. In this position, she will become a member of Hexagon’s Executive Management Team and report directly to President and CEO Anders Svensson.

Renée Rädler has been part of Hexagon since 2017, working within the Manufacturing Intelligence business area where she most recently served as Executive Vice President, Global HR. During her tenure, she has led the development and execution of HR strategies designed to support sustainable growth, enhance succession planning, advance leadership development, and strengthen employer branding to attract and retain talent. She has also played a central role in building robust HR governance frameworks and streamlined processes across the organisation.

Before joining Hexagon, Rädler held senior human resources leadership positions, including HR Director roles at dorma+kaba and SwissBenelux, gaining broad international experience in organisational development and people management. A Swiss national, she will continue to be based in Switzerland in her new capacity.
